Terms and Conditions — Park Super Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Park Super. Park Super is an online entertainment platform that offers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and related gaming services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Park Super website and Android app. "We", "us", and "Park Super" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "the player" refer to any registered account holder or visitor using the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Park Super, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a Park Super account, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person for your own personal entertainment. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts opened on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of Park Super.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your account.

Park Super reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on Park Super. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, email address, payment method, or device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, Park Super may close the additional accounts, void any winnings generated from them, and in cases of deliberate abuse, close all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide a valid phone number or email address that you have genuine access to. This contact detail will be used for account verification, withdrawal processing, and communication about promotions and account security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share them with anyone. Park Super staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via the details listed on the platform.

Park Super reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including accounts found to be in breach of these Terms. In such cases, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds under wagering requirement) will be returned via the player's registered payment method after any investigation is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Park Super are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversions and no overseas processing fees. The following deposit methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet options may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. There is no Park Super fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, Park Super may request identity verification documents to confirm account ownership. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified account are processed more quickly.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts at standard VIP tiers are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times.

Park Super does not accept deposits made using funds that do not belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment credentials that are not registered in your own name is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all Park Super gaming sections. Section-specific rules — for example detailed cricket in-play settlement rules or specific slot game mechanics — are displayed within those sections of the platform.

• Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed at the time of placing a bet or entering a game and may vary by market, game, and VIP tier.
• Cricket and PSL markets: Match winner bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. No-result matches due to rain or other interruptions are settled as void. In-play markets are subject to the in-play rules displayed at the time of betting.
• Casino games: Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed at the table. Disconnection from a live table during an active hand or round will be handled according to the casino section's disconnection policy — typically, your bet is settled on the outcome of that round regardless of connection status.
• Slots: All slot games use certified random number generation. Game rules, paylines, and return-to-player percentages are displayed within each game.
• Bingo: Bingo games are hosted on a scheduled basis. Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Prizes are calculated based on the number of tickets sold per session and the specific bingo variant being played.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided if the event it relates to is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or otherwise cannot be settled under normal conditions. Voided bet stakes are returned to your PKR balance.

Park Super reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds or prices published in error. In such cases, the stake is returned to your balance and you will be notified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Park Super offers various bonus types including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, PSL seasonal promotions, and VIP cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — which are displayed on the promotion itself.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated for each promotion.

Bonus expiry: Unused bonus funds and free bets expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.

One active bonus at a time: In most cases, only one bonus can be active per account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited. Check the promotion terms before opting in.

Park Super reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

7. VIP Programme

The Park Super VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every registered account begins at Bronze. Progression through tiers is based on loyalty points accumulated by playing across any section of the platform — sports betting, casino, slots, and bingo all contribute equally to your points total.

VIP tier benefits include PKR cashback credited to your balance, priority withdrawal processing at Gold tier and above, access to exclusive live casino tables, personalised PSL seasonal promotions, and at Diamond tier a dedicated account manager. VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Maintaining your current tier requires meeting the minimum activity threshold for that tier within the review period. If activity falls below the threshold, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review. You will be notified before any tier change takes effect.

Park Super reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, and benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance where reasonably practicable.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Park Super account credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and your registered phone number or email address. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.

All bets placed and transactions processed while you are logged into your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you personally. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, contact Park Super support as soon as possible. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions that were processed before we were notified.

Park Super uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections for all transactions and account activity. However, you should also take steps to protect your own device and connection — avoid logging in from shared or public devices, and keep your password unique and not reused from other services.

9. Responsible Gaming

Park Super is committed to providing an entertainment platform where gaming stays enjoyable and within personal limits. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can add to your balance. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases apply after a cooling-off period.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

Park Super provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, Park Super's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of any dispute. Park Super is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform.

You use Park Super voluntarily and at your own risk. Gaming involves financial risk, and you should never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

13. Changes to These Terms

Park Super may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active account holders via their registered contact details.

Continued use of the Park Super platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account and withdrawing your remaining balance.
